Terms and Conditions for Design in London

1. Introduction Welcome to Design in London, a premier graphic design service provider and brand design agency based in London. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Design and Proof File Provision
- Design Creation: We will create designs based on the requirements and specifications provided by the client.
- Proofing: Before finalizing any design, we will provide proof files for client review. It’s the client’s responsibility to review and approve these proofs.
- Revisions: We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in our service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Final Approval: Once the client approves the proof files, any further changes may be subject to additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
- Initial Payment: To initiate any project, a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total estimated cost is required.
- Completion Payment: The remaining 40% of the payment is due upon completion of the project, prior to the release of final files or launch of the project.
- Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Late Payment: Late payments may result in a suspension of work and may incur late fees.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All designs created by Design in London are our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which the client will own the final design.
- Usage: We reserve the right to use any work in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Information Provision: Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the materials provided to Design in London.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Client Initiated Cancellation: If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
- Company Initiated Cancellation: In rare circumstances, if we must cancel a project, we will refund any payments made beyond the initial deposit.
7. Delivery of Services
- Time Frame: We will strive to deliver services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Format of Delivery: Final design files will be delivered in formats as agreed (e.g., PDF, EPS, AI).
8. Limitation of Liability
- Scope of Liability: Design in London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
